Cancellation Policy & Returns

Prime Dynamixx Collectibles Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before the item ships. Please note that items may ship the same day or the following day, so timely cancellations are crucial. If your order has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns for Unopened Items

We accept returns for unopened items up to 10 days from the date you received your purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and any associated costs.


Manufacturer Defects

Manufacturer defects only apply to new items, not to items from my personal collection. In the case of a manufacturer defect, I will work with the manufacturer to obtain a replacement. Please keep in mind that many of these items come from China, and replacements may take 34-45 days to arrive. If we have the defective item in stock, we will send out a replacement once the broken item is received and inspected.

Credit Card Information

Your credit card information is protected by Shopify. We take security
seriously and ensure that your personal data is encrypted and secure.

Packing

Each item will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure maximum protection during shipping. We take great pride in ensuring that your collectibles arrive safely and in pristine condition.

We currently offer shipping within the USA only. However, if you’re located outside the USA, feel free to email us

Welcome to Prime Dynamixx Collectibles (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website (www.primedynamixx.com) or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from our store. By using our site, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and are complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding your purchase.


3. Orders and Payments

All orders must be placed through our website, and payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.


4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the USA only, using USPS and UPS. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Overnight shipping is not available at this time.


5. Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Returns: Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Manufacturer Defects: If a new item is defective, we will contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Replacement items may take 34-45 days to arrive from overseas manufacturers. If we have the item in stock, we will ship it out after receiving the defective item. Manufacturer defects do not apply to items from personal collections.
